This is really awesome meat. Wagyu is not something you just buy around the corner and Wagyu Chateaubriand is one of the finest cuts (from the head of the filet) you will find anywhere. The combination of 'melt in your mouth' texture and complex flavours is something very, very special. When we compared this to our other prime meats in our restaurants, we were truly impressed. 

This meat comes from the open plains of Queensland in Australia, which is a fantastic source for Wagyu. Not only is Wagyu richer in monounsaturated fats and higher im Omega 3 and 6, it also contains 30% higher levels of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) than other beef cattle. Tasty and healthy. 

This offer is priced at a steak size of at least 180g. Not cheap, but fantastic value! We dare you to find anything even remotely close in quality at this price. Go Google, you will come back!

Your meat will arrive in a cooling pouch. Put in fridge and enjoy within 3 days. Make sure you serve this beauty medium rare, though! We will cut it to a thickness best suited for this.
